New bitmath!

The last bitmath release I wrote about on this blog was almost 10 years ago. After that we skipped 1.3.2 and went straight to 1.3.3 with mostly minor changes and bug fixes. Since then the project has been basically abandoned. As pull requests languished, the issue tracker became a place where problems and requests go to die.

Life has required my attention for a while.
